xPress capping chucks were designed and built to exceed the life and wear problems associated with other quick-change capping chucks on the market. One familiar problem with other capping chucks is over tightening of the cap. The xPress capping chuck applies pressure evenly over and over again avoiding overtightening. Because of the even pressure provided, there are very low operating costs associated with them. Fogg’s capping chucks have stainless-steel construction to insure no rusting will occur.
The xPress capping chucks can be quickly installed for changeover – only one hand needed. These capping heads can be coupled with Fogg’s new Model 45 High Torque Magnetic capping heads to make changeover toolless and faster than ever before.
