DSM Nutritional's Omega-3 Emulsion

DSM Nutritional Products announces the launch of its new ROPUFA® ‘15‘ n-3 (Omega-3) emulsion for dairy enrichment, the Kosher version of DSM’s highly successful emulsion already incorporated in many dairy products throughout Europe and now the first OU kosher-certified emulsion of its kind.

”ROPUFA® ‘15“ n-3 (Omega-3) emulsion is the perfect solution for dairy enrichment made easy,” said Doug Brown, DSM’s Marketing Manager for the company’s ROPUFA® product line.

Ideal for ambient and chilled milk, ice cream, yogurt, yogurt drinks, and cheese applications, ROPUFA® ‘15‘ n-3 (Omega-3) emulsion is a sterile, odor-free and stable EPA/DHA source that is aseptically packaged and can be added to the end product in the final stages of processing just prior to packaging, after heat treatment. It is a highly stabilized form that provides excellent sensory, stability, and purity in all dairy applications.

ROPUFA® ‘15‘ n-3 (Omega-3) emulsion can be combined with the FlexDos™ dosing system from TetraPak® for unprecedented ease of use, reliability, and a dramatic reduction in the cost of waste and maintenance.
