Paul G. Arbuthnot and Sandra A. Arbuthnot of Portland, Ore., donated $860,000 to Oregon State University, Corvallis. Part of the donation will endow a dairy professorship in the food science and technology department. The Paul G. and Sandra A. Arbuthnot Professorship Fund will create the Arbuthnot Dairy Center within the College of Agricultural Sciences. Paul Arbuthnot spent most of his working life in the dairy industry. He is a retired president of Portland-based Sunshine Dairy Foods.
