MettlerToledo300

Productivity – Multiple product inspection devices are integrated into a central monitoring system that can be monitored from multiple locations.  The user interface features color-coded machine icons that provides at-a-glance device status and health so that interventions are planned rather than reactive for maximum productivity.

Product Quality – The ProdX dashboard provides critical early warning of key Product Quality indicators such as non-conforming raw materials from suppliers, automatic product rejections, and machinery maintenance requests, all of which can have a significant impact on overall product quality standards.

Security – Changes to product set-ups on multiple product inspection devices at one or more plant sites can be carried out simultaneously thereby reducing reliance on line operators.  This reduces human error and keeps product data secure.

Clarity – All data and performance levels are designed to be as transparent as possible.  Standardized reporting meets the due diligence requirements from your HACCP-based food safety plan.  If there are any issues, ProdX will alert you to them.

Production uptime is further enhanced with the rejects and event monitoring screens and their associated reports. With receipt of detailed information in real-time, potential downtime events and product waste are averted, processes are proactively managed, and valuable maintenance and production personnel are better utilized.

METTLER TOLEDO has the largest network of sales and service professionals in the world to support ProdX and all Product Inspection equipment.
