Dallas-based Fairmont Food Group, which is operated by former Dean Foods veteran Bing Graffunder, has acquired G&G Foods of Santa Rosa, Calif., as it continues to build its portfolio of specialty cheesemakers. G&G Foods joins Wisconsin-based companies DCI and Green Bay Cheese under the Fairmont umbrella. G&G Foods is described as a high-quality branded specialty cheesemaker.
