It looks like no one will pull their punches when dairy industry executives meet in Orlando next month for IDFA’s Dairy Forum.

The agenda for the forums include some of the most critical and controversial topics facing the industry. The forum is scheduled for Jan. 14-17.

A panel of journalists will talk about what’s made headlines in the past year, including the explosion of interest in organic foods, political skirmishes and government investigations, the situation with world trade and more.

A separate panel session will explore the current crossroads for organic dairy and the emerging natural niche. Other topics include the current state of the nutrition debate, the Farm Bill, sustainability, the westward migration of the industry, and what USDA has in store for dairy producers.
