PLYMOUTH, Wis.—Sartori Food Corporation has acquired The Antigo Cheese Co. and the Blackfoot Cheese Company—employee-owned manufacturers of aged Italian cheese located in Antigo, Wisconsin and Blackfoot, Idaho. The award winning first place Stravecchio Parmesan and Best of Class Romano Cheese, will be added to Sartori’s offerings of unique specialty cheeses.
