This cheese features a distinct velvety, full Cheddar flavor that is popular served on a cheese plate paired with fruit and wine, or used in recipes. The product is unique for farmer-owned dairy cooperative Tillamook Cheese, which has traditionally produced yellow Cheddar products, other than its two-year aged Vintage White Extra Sharp Cheddar.
