Dairy Processors Find Solutions at Pack Expo Las Vegas

Pack Expo Las Vegas runs through Wednesday, Sept. 28.

Pack Expo Las Vegas opened Sept. 26 and runs through Sept. 28 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. It is said to be the largest event for packaging and processing innovation in North America in 2011.
The Processing Zone features technologies to enhance food safety, reduce waste, ensure product freshness and improve sustainability. This space is home to the Food Safety Summit Resource Center, where industry and subject matter experts are available to help attendees learn about the latest breakthroughs in food safety and gain valuable insight into potential solutions.
Anuga FoodTec, Europe's largest food processing and packaging show, has a presence at Pack Expo to help packaging and processing suppliers seeking to expand into the European market. Experts at the Anuga FoodTec booth will also be able to provide insights into food safety technology in Europe.
