Pack Expo Las Vegas opened Sept. 26 and runs through Sept. 28 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. It is said to be the largest event for packaging and processing innovation in North America in 2011.
The Processing Zone features technologies to enhance food safety, reduce waste, ensure product freshness and improve sustainability.
