    Our May Processor Profile/Inside the Plant features Whitey’s Ice Cream and the “lick of joy and fun” its premium ice cream/frozen novelties have been bringing to fans for 90 years. We also highlight the significant opportunity for dairy within the eCommerce channel, with 7.7% of CPG dairy sales coming from eCommerce, led by Processed Cheese at 9.3%. Dairy Foods also turned to several suppliers to get more “flavor” on sweet, savory, spiced, and dessert flavors.
