Vice President, Research and Development, Milk Specialties Global
Suvash has driven progress in research and development for the past two decades. He currently serves as Vice President, Research and Development at Milk Specialties Global, where he leads the innovation pipeline development across the company’s protein ingredient and animal nutritional supplement portfolios. Previously, Suvash held the role of Sr. Director of R&D for Human Nutrition, where he led the development of over one hundred new products, from concept to commercialization. Before joining Milk Specialties Global, Mr. Kafley worked with Diana Ingredients.
Suvash received his Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and MS in Food and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Membrane technology developer and suppliers has been working relentlessly to innovate and meet the user needs since it was first used in dairy processing around 1960s. Membrane technology has been very versatile on adapting the demand of its users so far, but the customers/user needs are changing faster than ever before. It is driven by current global challenge and consumers demand for healthier, personalized and convenient option. We will need to fractionate/concentrate products, optimize process and reduce waste in most efficient way while communicating sustainability stories. Thus, future adds complexity and processing challenges so, we will need to collectively work together to find solutions.
