Nicholas is dedicated to applying the concepts of the circular economy to guide product and application development with Alfa Laval. Traditionally these efforts have been focussed mainly on optimizing waste and wastewater treatment processes. But by utilizing his diverse background in bioenergy, biopolymers and water treatment, Nicholas is aiming to change this focus to a broader holistic approach to bring the circular economy closer to customers. Nicholas holds a PhD in chemical engineering from The University of Queensland, Australia and an MSc in biotechnology from the Technical University of Denmark.
