Isabel Rushanaedy is Director of Technology & Process Development at Synder Filtration where she leads new product and application development as well as manages membrane production process improvement. With nearly 7 years of practical experience in membrane filtration, Isabel has been instrumental in overseeing the development and commercialization of new membrane products, from lab-scale modification to production scale-up, both internally and in conjunction with research groups worldwide.
