Houston Flippin
Houston Flippin, P.E., BCEE, is Industrial Wastewater Process Leader at Brown and Caldwell. He holds a bachelor degree in civil engineering and master’s degree in environmental engineering from Vanderbilt University. Houston is licensed as a professional engineer in 14 states and is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE). He serves as Chief Engineer in the Industrial Water group of Brown and Caldwell and has 35 years’ experience in the field. He has provided process design and troubleshooting services at over 50 dairy plants. These services have included membrane selection and operations support at multiple facilities including those to be discussed in this presentation.
