Eric began with Diversey in 1997 as a Technical Sales Account Manager, specializing in cultured dairy products and ready to eat meats. In 2010, Eric transitioned to the Diversey Sector Specialist team. As a Sector Specialist, Eric uses his extensive industry knowledge to help Diversey's customers diagnose and remediate quality issues, optimise plant operations, and ensure plant employees are properly trained. Eric is an active member of numerous industry associations, including the Membrane Technology Forum, Ontario Dairy Council, Canadian Meat Council, Ontario Food Protection Agency, International Society of Beverage Technologists, and the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association.
