Carl Garcia has 30 plus years in the dairy processing industry. Currently as the Membrane Technical Manager at Hydrite Chemical Co. Working with customers and account managers to bring the latest in membrane cleaning chemistry and industry knowhow to improve reliability and resolve persisting issues.
Prior to joining Hydrite Chemical he was the Technical Sales Manager with Synder Filtration providing Customer Service, Sales and Process Support.
With a well-rounded 21-year career at Glanbia Nutritionals Carl was a mentor in various roles including Maintenance Management, Engineering and project management. Leadership roles as Plant Manager and Site Director roles in Cheese, Whey and Aseptic bottling provided him with extensive experience in all areas of membrane technology, system operations and maintenance and technology.
