MANN+HUMMEL is a global leader in filtration applications, including providing membrane technologies for use in sensitive applications such as food production, along with water and wastewater treatment. Dr. Piry is the company’s expert on food and beverage applications for the dairy industry, where he applies his more than 16 years of experience including roles at Pall Life Sciences and Seccua, before assuming his current role at M+H in 2024. Dr. Piry earned his Ph.D. in food science and technology at the Technical University of Munich, following his engineering degree in food science from the University of Stuttgart at Hohenheim.
