Mike Klein is the VP of Whey Ingredients Technical Services at Agropur, which includes management of the Agropur Protein Research Center. He was the Director of Whey Operations at Davisco prior to its acquisition by Agropur. Mike has more than 30 years of experience in whey processing operations, whey ingredient development and R&D. Mike works out of Agropur’s Le Sueur location. He has a BS in Finance and Accounting from Mankato State University.
