The merger of MHS Global (“MHS”), a leading global provider of material handling automation and systems integration, and Fortna (“FORTNA”), a leading software and solutions provider for warehouse distribution, has resulted in a single combined entity that will be known, henceforth, as FORTNA.
The acquisition is the second in four months for Unibloc Pump.

Saputo Inc. said it entered into an agreement to acquire the activities of Wensleydale Dairy Products Ltd. The business, which will join Saputo Inc.’s Dairy Division (U.K.) under its Europe Sector, operates two facilities located in North Yorkshire, England, and employs approximately 210 people.
The news follows the company’s expansion into a new, larger facility.
