We started as a sustainability solution for the E. & J. Gallo Fresno Winery by manufacturing grape juice concentrates in 1994. By 1996 our color portfolio grew with the addition of Red and Purple 8000. In 2010 we changed the game of natural color with our unique crystal colors. Differing from the typical spray-dried colors our crystal colors are extremely stable, carrier-free, have fast solubility, are less dusty and contribute zero calories to a finished product. With time we have added numerous colors to our crystal and liquid lines. Today, California Natural Color, a division of E. & J. Gallo Winery, continues to grow and change the business of natural colors.
