Company celebrates collaboration with celebrity chef Carla Hall on cookbook.
Los Angeles-based Califia Farms not only released a new dairy-free, plant-based culinary product, Heavy Whip, but announced a new collaboration with celebrity chef, author and TV host Carla Hall. Hall’s digital recipe book, “Carla Hall x Califia Farms: Comfort Kitchen,” includes 16 new and delicious dairy-free recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.
Heavy Whip, a one-for-one plant-based swap for heavy whipping cream, is featured in two of Hall’s recipes: Creamy Mushroom Soup and Flaky Biscuit Shortcake with Mixed Berries. The book is available at www.califiafarms.com.
