Bliss Bros Dairy, Attleboro, Mass., said it recently completed significant capital investments in plant facilities, including new processing equipment, and added several deeply experienced ice cream professionals to its team. The company, which has been producing quality ice cream and frozen desserts since 1929, now has additional capacity to co-pack dairy or nondairy frozen desserts in both bulk and packaged goods formats, including 3-gallon tubs, 48-to-64-ounce scround containers, and quarts and pints.
