Good Culture launches lactose-free sour cream, cottage cheese

Irvine, Calif.-based Good Culture says it debuted four new products, including its first-ever lactose-free line and a squeezable classic sour cream pouch. The new offerings are made with simple ingredients and can be found in retailers nationwide starting this summer.
Good Culture says it unveiled lactose-free cottage cheese, squeezable lactose-free sour cream in a pouch and lactose-free sour cream in a tub. The cottage cheese boasts 14 grams of protein per serving and is made with just five simple ingredients: milk from pasture-raised cows, cream, sea salt, live and active cultures and lactase enzyme. It is available in a 15-ounce tub for a suggested retail price of $3.49.
