Crystal Creamery debuts reformulated ice cream line

Crystal Creamery, Modesto, Calif., said it is making its classic ice cream even better in response to changing consumer tastes and needs. The company reformulated its ice cream to feature a cleaner ingredient list and new packaging.
According to Crystal Creamery, the new recipe is made from simple ingredients such as cream, sugar and milk sourced from local family farms. The ice cream does not contain any artificial flavors, coloring, sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, synthetic gums or mono- and diglycerides.
