CheeseExpo to focus on technology, education and more
The biennial event will take place April 14–16 in Milwaukee
More than 4,000 cheese industry leaders, suppliers, marketers and others are expected to gather April 14–16, 2020, at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee for CheeseExpo (formerly known as the International Cheese Technology Expo). There, they will share information about the latest in cheese technology, new products, whey opportunities, product safety, marketing and additional issues impacting the cheese industry.
Hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research, the event will feature its largest-ever exhibit hall. A record 600 booths and 317 industry supplier companies will showcase their goods and services in 200,000 square feet of floor space, the show’s organizers note.
