Silks adds yogurt alternatives to its Oat Yeah line
The offerings are made with an oat base and live and active cultures.
Silk, Broomfield, Colo., said it is expanding its line of Oat Yeah products with the introduction of Oat Yeah “oatmilk” yogurt alternatives. The products are now available at grocery stores nationwide.
Silk said its latest innovation takes the plant-based trend beyond the beverage aisle, using a creamy oat base to make the dairy-free line. Oat Yeah yogurt alternatives combine gluten-free oats with live and active cultures to create a creamy product.
