Vermont Creamery, Websterville, Vt., added three fresh goat cheese flavors to its line: clover blossom honey, wild blueberry lemon and thyme, and smoky pepper jelly. The goat cheeses are sold in in 4-ounce chèvre logs. The honey variety contains 80 calories, 6 grams of fat, 4 grams of sugar and 4 grams of protein per 1-ounce serving. The cheeses are available at select retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $4.99 per log. The three flavors join the existing lineup of chèvre logs: classic, Herb de Provence, cranberry, orange and cinnamon, and three peppercorn.
