The Institute of Food Technologists’ (IFT) annual food expo heads to Las Vegas June 25-28.Topic highlights include functional ingredients, clean labels and developing high-protein foods.
Featuring the latest trends in food ingredients, equipment, processing and packaging, IFT17 will be held at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas. Processors can learn about the latest global food trends, and see the products and innovations addressing these trends.
The event is expected to draw 20,000 attendees and will feature 1,200 exhibitors (the largest and most diverse concentration of global food industry suppliers), and over 100 scientific sessions.
