The International Dairy Show blows through the Windy City in September
Educational sessions and exhibits of new ingredients, equipment and packaging.
This year’s International Dairy Show, presented by the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA), Washington, D.C., gives dairy processors the chance to see new technology, equipment and ingredients right on the show floor, and network with knowledgeable suppliers. Attendees can discover the latest trends in processing, packaging, ingredients, food safety, distribution and more.
The dairy show, in combination with Process Expo reached record attendance in 2013, according to IDFA. This year, more than 20,000 attendees and over 1,000 exhibitors are expected. The Dairy Show is once again co-locating with Process Expo, organized by the Food Processing Suppliers Assn. (FPSA), McLean, Va. And new this year, the show also will be co-locating with InterBev Process, organized by NuernbergMesse North America, Atlanta. Processors will have access to all three shows for the price of one (see page 92 and 94 for more information about Process Expo and Interbev.) Registration is $25 before Sept. 15 and $50 after.
