Keeping up with the trend for new whole-milk yogurt products, New York-based siggi's added a whole-milk version to its line of Icelandic-style yogurt (called skyr).
The yogurt is made with whole milk and a touch of cream for a richer taste than the company’s other fat-free and 2% milkfat varieties. It’s available in four flavors – plain, vanilla, strawberry & rhubarb, and mixed berries. Another Fig & Lemon Zest flavor is available exclusively at Whole Foods Markets.
