Spirulina Extract Now Authorized As A Natural Blue Coloring Ingredient In The US For A Large Range Of Food Applications
On April 10th, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the use of Spirulina extract as a natural blue coloring ingredient in an expanded range of aplications , beyond the recently authorized gums and candies.
