Nonfat dry milk (NDM) production increased 3.4% to about 1.6 billion pounds in 2010, according to the American Dairy Products Institute, Elmhurst, Ill. Total 2010 domestic commercial sales were 1.5 billion pounds, an increase of 215.8 million pounds, or 16.2% from 2009.
