Crest Foods develops and manufactures stabilizer-emulsifier blends for cultured dairy and ice cream, UHT and aseptic beverages and other frozen desserts. We also develop seasoning blends for cultured products including dips, cottage cheese and spreads and offer contract blending and packaging of dry food ingredients, including retail applications.
Citri-Fi® citrus fiber provides high water holding and clean label emulsification and improves texture, stability, smooth mouthfeel and labeling by replacing starches, gums and chemical emulsifiers in products like yogurts, plant milks, beverages and dairy alternatives. Labeling includes dried citrus pulp or citrus flour.
