division of Dean Foods has announced the following promotions: Doug Burkel
has been promoted to plant manager for the dairy’s Orlando branch; Shawn
McGuire has been promoted to vice president of foodservice and convenient
store sales for Dean Foods’ Southeast region; Scott Shultz has been
promoted to company sales manager; and John Weir has been promoted to
business development manager.
Rondelé Specialty Foods — Todd Downs has
joined the Merrill, Wis.-based company as chef and spokesperson for the
Rondelé brand.

Centrus International Inc. — Michael Chaudron has
been named national sales manager for the Kingsport, Tenn.-based company.
Graham Machinery Group — Darrin Smith has

the York, Pa.-based company’s area manager for Illinois, Wisconsin

named chief technology officer for the Irvine, Calif.-based company’s

Chr. Hansen Inc. — Teresa Supnet-Rosa has been
promoted to vice president of sales for foodservice for the Milwaukee-based
company.
Nutrinova Inc. — Eckart von Haefen has been
appointed president of the Frankfurt, Germany-based company.
Nutrinova’s North American office is located in Somerset, N.J.
ASSOCIATIONS
Dairy Farmers of America Inc. (DFA) — Rick Smith
has been named president and chief operating officer of the Kansas City,
Mo.-based dairy farmer-owned milk marketing cooperative. Sam McCroskey,
president of DFA’s dairy foods division, has announced plans for
retirement. Mark Korsmeyer, president of the cooperative’s branded
cheese, butter and beverage products division, will assume
McCroskey’s position upon his departure.
