Dairy food processors (including milk, milk-based beverages, cheese, cultured dairy, ice cream and frozen desserts) are invited to nominate themselves (or other companies) for the 2011 Dairy Foods Processor of the Year award.
Jim Carper, the magazine’s editor in chief, says criteria include: new product introductions; successful marketing programs; investment in plant, equipment and people; industry involvement (as evidenced by association memberships and committee involvement); community involvement; and financial success.
