ST. PAUL, Minn.-Many of the cereals that mingle with milk at U.S. breakfast tables, are about to be made more wholesome.
Cereal maker General Mills, hurt by low-carbohydrate diets in the past two years, went on the nutrition offensive last week, announcing that it will make all of its Big G brand cereals from whole grain flours.
