Cornell University’s Department of Food Science in association with NY State Agriculture & Markets and Industry Partners is offering a High Temperature Short Time (HTST) Workshop April 22-24 on the Cornell University Campus. This Course fulfills the training requirement of the NYS Broken Seal Program. It also fulfills the Pasteurization training requirements under the Cornell Dairy Foods Certificate Programs.

To register for the program:
1. Fill out the attached registration form (typed preferred) and return it as soon as possible to Janene Lucia by e-mail (jgg3@cornell.edu) or by fax (607-255-7619). Be sure to include e-mail contact information; you will receive a confirmation within 2-5 days.
2. For on-line credit card payment, log onto:

Simply complete the credit card payment form and press “Process Transaction.” For those companies that will be paying for multiple individuals at multiple locations – there is a space at the bottom of the form for “Transaction Notes” – please make a note here with the amount paid per company location (i.e., $900, XY Dairy, Binghamton, NY; $900, XY Dairy, Albany). This will assist in tracking payments with participant registrations.

3. Once your transaction has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, and your browser will take you back to our Dairy Extension Calendar of Events website.
