Advancing Greater Traceability:
The Crucial Next Steps to Meet the Needs of FSMA and Dairy Buyers

The final industry-developed voluntary enhanced traceability guidelines will be released in the coming weeks. These guidelines have been designed to proactively meet pending traceability requirements under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) as well as address more comprehensive traceability needs from dairy buyers. Is your company prepared to address FSMA, meet buyer needs and start incorporating these guidelines into your business model? This webinar will provide information you need to get started on adoption of the guidelines. Leprino’s Edith Wilkins, Hilmar’s Jeremy Travis, IDFA’s Clay Detlefsen and Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy’s Vikki Nicholson will walk participants through these destiny-shaping guidelines. Come be a part of the movement that lets FDA know “we’ve got this covered.”

  • Final voluntary enhanced traceability guidelines released soon
  • Help your company prepare to adopt the guidelines
