This course will provide participants with a comprehensive working knowledge of how to build, maintain and update SQF written programs for food processors and their suppliers. Included will be practical information on building a sustainable SQF written manual, updates and new SQF interpretations of the 2000 Code, as well as working exercises on how to attain operational compliance with the SQF Code.
Suggested Couse Prerequisite:
It is strongly recommended that students have an understanding of HACCP and its application in a food processing or distribution setting prior to taking this course.
