Supported by a USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture grant, the Artisan Cheese Food Safety Forum is a distinctive two-day event dedicated to fostering collaboration between stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities to address cheese safety and to promote the development of coordinated, proactive, harmonized training solutions and science-based risk reduction strategies. Together we will work to identify the gaps in our current system and develop recommendations for future research and outreach priorities to address critical food safety concerns to support this emerging industry.
Please join us in this unique opportunity to help shape the future of food safety programs and share your voice in the development of new processes, technologies, and regulations that will impact the entire artisan cheese industry. To reduce costs and time away, there is no fee for registration and the conference will be conveniently held at the Omni Hotel immediately following the 2015 American Cheese Society Annual Conference and Competition.
