WDPA elects officers and directors
At the 2009 Dairy Symposium, sponsored by the Wisconsin Dairy Products Association on July 12 and 13 in Galena, Ill., the 2010 WDPA officers were elected.
At the 2009 Dairy Symposium, sponsored by the Wisconsin Dairy Products Association on July 12 and 13 in Galena, Ill., the 2010 WDPA officers were elected:
President: Dennis Donohue, Manitowoc Milk Producers; vice president: Dave Robbins, Dean Foods; treasurer: John Breene, AMPI; and secretary: Doug Dieterich, Galloway Co.
Five members were approved for three-year terms: Doug Dieterich, Galloway Co.; Dennis Donohue, Manitowoc Milk Producers; Dan Williamson, Kemps; Jim Bleick, Graf Creamery; and Joe Weis, Foremost Farms.
WDPA is a trade association representing processors of milk, cheese, butter, ice cream and frozen desserts, dried milk and milk products and dry whey products as well as suppliers of goods and services to the dairy industry. WDPA members are responsible for 75% of the milk and dairy products marketed in Wisconsin.
