With a new administration and Congress now in place, policymakers at both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue are beginning to focus on policy issues important to the dairy industry.

While operators have a wide range of technology options for detecting foreign objects and guarding against potential pathogens during processing and packaging, implementing and maintaining the optimal equipment can be challenging.

At only a decade and a half old, Chobani LLC is still a youngster within the dairy processing universe.
