The Wisconsin Dairy Products Association (WDPA), sponsor of the annual World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest, said it is continuing an agreement with Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (DFW) regarding contest entries.
The cooperative said it assembled a team of experts in the field of sustainability across numerous priority areas: from environmental stewardship to employee welfare to animal husbandry and beyond.

The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB), Tracy, Calif., announced the launch of an inaugural foodservice competition challenging professional chefs to create innovative “to-go” dishes using California dairy products.
Premier Protein, a brand of Kings Mountain, N.C.-based Premier Nutrition Company LLC, says it added a new flavor to its Premier Protein 30-gram high-protein shakes line: Chocolate Peanut Butter.
The letter specifically requests making permanent a current flexibility that allows schools to offer low-fat flavored milk.
