Wendy's will offer  TruMoo chocolate milk from Dean Foods Co. as part of a value meal designed for children.

Kraft Foods plans to discontinue its Milk Bite granola bar snacks in early 2013 and Nestle USA has discontinued its Skinny Cow Shakes and Wonka premium ice cream for 2013.

Kraft Foods Group has revved up its innovation pipeline to bring more than 40 exciting foods and beverages to the table. Each has been developed to satisfy consumers' appetites for bold flavors, flexible eating patterns and simpler product recipes while still delivering great quality and value.  

A combination of three factors: butter prices declining this week to levels last present during mid-July, cream offerings being heavy and expected to increase, and butterfat tests since July substantially above the last few years, all lead to one result - surplus cream

New products in the cheese aisle include shredded cheeses paired with breadcrumbs and spices; and more varied flavors of cream cheese, such as black pepper, salmon and lemon-herb.
