Hydrosol Produktionsgesellschaft will take over the stabilizer specialist C.C.A. Klimmeck GmbH as of Oct. 1, 2011. Master Packaging, a flexible packaging solutions provider located in Tampa, Fla., completed a merger with Star Packaging, Atlanta. The combined entity is now known as Star Packaging Corp.
