    Dean Foods Co. — Rachel Cullen has been appointed chief operating officer of ice cream for the Dallas-based company, and Debbie Carosella has joined as senior vicepresident of innovation.
    Glanbia Foods Inc. —The Twin Falls, Idaho-based company has announced the following promotions and hires: Mark Boytim has been promoted to director of U.S. corporate engineering for Glanbia USA; Kristine Slotten has been promoted to payroll and tax manager at Glanbia’s corporate office in Twin Falls; Todd Hughes has been promoted to environmental manager for Glanbia Foods’ Idaho facilities; Kelly Johnston has been promoted to plant manager at Glanbia’s whey facility in Gooding; Jason Huff has been promoted to whey plant production manager at Glanbia’s whey production facility in Gooding; Micah Robinson has been promoted to cheese plant production manager at Glanbia’s cheese production facility in Gooding; Jason Dains has been promoted to plant controller at Glanbia’s Richfield facility; Jim Lewis has been promoted to whey production supervisor at Glanbia’s whey production facility in Gooding; Lilian Campos has been promoted to whey production supervisor at Glanbia’s whey production facility in Gooding; Gary Henning has been promoted to IT trainer at Glanbia’s Twin Falls plant; Manuel Galvan has been promoted to cheese production supervisor at Glanbia’s cheese production facility in Gooding; Brendan Britton has joined as vice president of supply chain at Glanbia’s corporate office; Richard Gallegos and Michael Leonard have joined as IT technicians; and Jacob Dorman has joined as a management trainee.
    Sargento Foods Inc. — Stephanie Scholz has been appointed core marketing manager of the Plymouth, Wis.-based cheese company, and Bryan Birling has been appointed business development manager for Sargento’s Food Service Division.
