Safflower Power yogurt will be available in the refrigerated section of Minnesota grocery stores beginning in early March in eight varieties: Strawberry, Black Cherry, Blueberry, Banana-Mango, Marionberry, Peach, Pomegranate-Blueberry and Red Raspberry. Safflower Power yogurt is free of gluten and high-fructose corn syrup and contains as little as 160 calories per cup.
Safflower Power Yogurt is the first CLA-enhanced dairy product launched in the United States, which can make unique weight management claims, specific only to CLA. The product is targeted to consumers who want to be fit and stay in shape. Safflower Power Yogurt is about smart decision making – it’s one more thing consumers can do to add a healthier choice to their diet. By eating two 6-ounce servings of Safflower Power Yogurt with Clarinol CLA, along with a healthy diet and regular exercise, consumers can see improved body shape and tone in as little as eight to 12 weeks.
