Rumiano Cheese Co. announced the launch of its new line of organic cheese dips beginning with Pepper Jack Queso, which is the first organic queso available on the market, according to the Crescent City, Calif.-based company. It also unveiled an Organic Three Cheese Dip.
The company added queso fresco, queso panela and queso Oaxaca.

Dallas-based LALA U.S. said it is bringing home the authentic taste of Mexico with the introduction of three types of artisan cheese — LALA queso fresco, LALA queso panela and LALA queso Oaxaca.
Rojo’s, Buena Park, Calif., expanded its portfolio with a new line of Queso dips. The dips come in two varieties: Salsa Con Queso — sour cream, creamy cotija and cream cheese, mixed with fresh tomatoes, onions and jalapeno peppers; and Queso Blanco — Monterey Jack and cotija cheeses combined with green chiles and jalapenos.
