“All of our pasteurization controls are used extensively throughout the dairy industry, as well as in other areas such as juice, eggs and fluid foods," says Regulatory Products Manager, Gary Ratajczak. “Each of our regulatory instruments for pasteurization carries an FDA milk safety acceptance memorandum for use under the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO), and has direct application for pasteurization of egg products.”

“We recently looked to add a temperature recorder on our egg bath as part of our continuous improvement program under SQF,” commented the VP of Quality Assurance at a hardboiled egg producer in the south east. “I contacted Anderson based upon my previous use of their instrumentation in the dairy industry. They supplied a temperature sensor and chart recorder for my application as well as on-site start up assistance.”
Anderson temperature recorders have a wide selection of charts that are readily accepted by regulators for compliance and record keeping of critical process temperatures.
