• Chalet Cheese Co-op

  We are a quaint little factory nestled in the rolling hills of Green County. We are located on County Road N just north of Monroe. Chalet Cheese is a farmer owned co-op and Jamie Fahrney, Master Cheesemaker, is our Plant Operations Manager. Jamie is a Master in Baby Swiss and Brick and will soon be looking into ascertaining Mastery level in Limburger. Chalet Cheese Co-op is the only factory in America that produces Limburger cheese. We also specialize in Brick and Baby Swiss Cheese. We are very proud to have 6 great Cheesemakers who have received numerous awards at the local and national level for their wonderfully crafted cheeses.
